The Philosophy

Most businesses look at personal development in terms of encouraging employee long term goals. At The Thought Box, I look at personal development in terms of internal growth, life skills coaching and personal vs professional alignment helping businesses instil and retain resilience, communication and workplace wellness.

The Approach

The practical and systematic approach I use improves the retention of working parents and new mothers. My coaching methodology increases engagement, decreases absences and improves commitment to success . By clearing the mind, we are able to focus on planned successful outcomes.

The Coach

As a psychology graduate, with a certification in Life Coaching and Mindfulness, I use my skills and experience to coach working parents in senior roles to master a healthy work life balance. I also run a specialist maternity coaching programme that enhances women’s the transition back into the workplace following maternity leave.
